Our practice is located at 1275 East Belvidere Road, #100, Grayslake, IL 60030. You will find us just west of Northwestern Medicine Hospital and just east of Flag Chevrolet. We are right nearby a public transportation route to ensure that our office is easily accessible for everyone.

At our Grayslake location, we also serve patients from Round Lake, Gurnee, Libertyville, and the Waukegan area.

Office hours

Our practice is open on on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We strive to make a healthy smile as convenient as can be by offering early-evening appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays. This allows you to arrange for treatment after work and school.
