COVID-19 Announcement

iDentity Orthodontics

Dear Patient Family,

iDentity Orthodontics is pleased to be seeing patients again as of Wednesday May 27th. Patient and staff safety has always been and remains to be a top priority. We are so excited to see your smiling faces!  You will notice some changes at the office.  We have invested in additional safety precautions to exceed base line, such as UV/HEPA filters that are present in the clinical areas, sneeze barrier guards present at the reception desk, and enhanced PPE.  Some of the fun things you are used to seeing in our office will be temporary placed aside, like our magazines, games, and cookies.

We ask that all patients wear a mask in the common areas per the State requirement. At check-in your temperature will be taken (temp above 100.4 cannot be seen).  When you arrive at the office we ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer or wash your hands. All patients will be asked to rinse with a hydrogen peroxide prior to treatment.

We ask that only the patient be in the clinic, and we will update you after the appointment. Because of social distancing requirements, we ask family members to either wait in your car or have just one parent come in with the patient.

Some things have not changed in that we have always taken robust infection control measures to protect our patients. All instruments are either disposable or heat sterilized. All chairs and areas are disinfected between patients to prevent any form of cross contamination. In addition to our surgical masks, you will see clinical team members wearing face shields and gowns.

We recognize ther has been a trying time for our patient families as things begin to reopen, and are totally committed to your safety and excellent treatment results.

Stay Healthy,
Dr. Sara Spector and Team
