Dr. Michael Stosich is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He also serves as the Director of Orthodontics at the University of Chicago and Comer Children’s Hospital. Dr. Stosich is a leader in patient care, serving patients in Grayslake, Gurnee as well as Kenilworth, Wilmette, Chicago and abroad. Dr. Stosich has published and lectured throughout the U.S. and abroad. Breaking the mold of the traditional orthodontist to provide his patients with the most advanced and efficient treatment anywhere, Dr. Stosich spent seven years at top research universities where he performed studies on how to move teeth more efficiently through bone. This yielded numerous publications that lead to important advancements in treating orthodontic patients. His achievements were also awarded by the National Institute of Health, which endowed grants toward future study. Dr. Stosich’s patients now benefit from his advanced smile design techniques.
Dr. Stosich brings his expertise in the field as Director of Orthodontics at the University of Chicago hospitals on the craniofacial, sleep apnea, and cleft palate team treating some of the most complex cases in the field.
Dr. Stosich believes in giving back to the communities he serves and focuses on charitable giving where it can do the most good by treating underserved and unprivileged children through his involvement in the Smiles Change Lives foundation, Smiles for Service, and Fresh Start Caring For Kids foundation. Dr. Stosich is also involved in local community programs linking orthodontics to philanthropy. He is also a Trustee of The Hadley School for the Blind.
